Hyperion and Tree likes to offer free valuation for up to the first 20 properties posted here in this tread based on the new peer group valuation method we invented.
Please post your name here to book the first 20 slots. You may post the Condo Name, Floor, and Area via Private Messages to us to give you a valuation privately.
We will collate all request by 21 March 2014 and provide the peer groups for the properties posted via private messages for your privacy.

Please note that since our data is based on the caveats by URA, the valuation we provided would likely lag the market by 2.5 months. Besides, for some orphan condos that do not have peer groups, or for peer groups without enough data, we would not be able to provide valuation.
