Hi Vio,
I don't try to know everything but I can quote you one e.g like raffles medical which p/e is close to 30x at 4x ptb and yield at less than 2 percent what is there left for new investor at current price. They are also at risk of falling tourism,falling indo rup,the gestation cost of the new hospital etc. I guess one have to work the numbers to be able to tell where is their fair value.
