I remembered recently I forgot about this thread.
Updated Q3 results and since we are so close to Q4, I updated till today.
Please find attached.
Of note:
- Saizen's property sales is interesting and pushed up the portfolio numbers.. As a "passive" crowdsourcing portfolio will approve the sales. Personally I find not worth it though.
- Low Keng Huat and King Wan experiencing severe share price weakness. I guess that's how it is in cyclical industry.
- Rest also fell from highs. Portfolio is now about 7% paper losses with around 3.5K dividends accumulated.
