People tends to point the finger at CEO when things happened, but is it true that the CEO should count responsible even for these matters? I think the person to step down (if necessary), would be those engineers taking care of the IT infrastructure.

The Petition to remove Magnus Bocker as the CEO of SGX due to his mismanagement is not based on recent system failure. The Petition stated that "Since taking over the helm from Mr Hsieh Fu Hua, Bocker has not been focused on building the capital markets."

Anyway, if he continue, most of the remisiers have to resign or work part time to supplement their income. Most of us have to forget about SGX but turn our attention to USA or ASX.
