Here are two videos that I recommend anyone watch if you're unfamiliar with the concepts of value investing.

The first one is by Whitney Tilson, founder and managing partner of Kase Capital. He's done a lot for the value investing community, and hosts the bi-annual Value Investors Congress. This is actually the first formal introduction to value investing that I had, and it explains all the core concepts.

Second video is by Bill Ackman, whose currently waging a war against Herbal Life. Theatrics aside, this is a really good video that covers a lot of ground, especially on cash flow. It was until recently a paid video, but you can get it for free now.

Aptly named - Everything You Need to Know About Finance and Investing in Under an Hour, its a great watch even for experienced investors.
