wow very profitable, next wilmar in the making?
why buy
- 25+ years consistent, stable, organic, growing biz
- strong financials (growing sales & profit, 15%+ ROE, growing cash flows, 20%+ operating margins, <25% debt)
- growing and new markets (cleanroom & healhcare gloves)
- high 45% stake held by founder Chairman

what can go wrong?
- eroding margins & ROE, due to competition or high debt
- low margin of safety now 35% (EPV)

catalyst to sell
- when value gap closes (my current EPV estimate is $1.26)
This counter is on the top of my watch list. Very good history with a clear vision of growth. However, already over valued when I first learned about this. [emoji25]
Any announcement yet on the release date of 2Q result?
Riverstone’s 2QFY2014 hits a quarterly record of RM96.9 million in Revenue and RM16.1 million in Net Profit
-declares interim dividend of 2.35 sen (RM) per share-
 Revenue rose 7.1% to record high of RM96.9 million as gloves demand increased
 Supported by net cash position of RM89.2 million
 Board of Directors declares an interim dividend of 2.35 sen (RM) per share

Very steady growth company with very good management. Perhaps fair valued or a little bit over valued right now. I cannot wait for its price to drop. Will try to vest @ 94c for long term holding.

I second that. Record quarter yet again , increased dividends and they even announced the construction of a new plant in addition to the huge one they are already working on. Very exciting, will also try to get it around 94 - 95 cents
it always looks like very good management when things are looking rosy.

uh uh. Normally, management is one of my top criteria that's why this is on top of my list. For the numbers alone, top management profit sharing > salary. Chairman or CEO has 47.5% stake in the company. Just to name a few..
Ah yes Absolutely. Things have been rosy for awhile with this company now I see no reason to look the other direction yet until they give me reason to.
I suspect both Disillusioned_12 & Bubbachuck... Both of them joined recently and promoting this counter with their 8 posts each..

Can the moderator help to check?

I'm holding Riverstone for a long time and believe it has value. But such posts make me feel uncomfortable .. Time to divest?
