Hi Value Buddies, I have written a note about this subject in my blog, I like to hear your practice or view too.

The gist of it is I decide to invest, possibly, monthly/quarterly/semi-annually rather than to wait for great value to happen to take advantage of it.
I invest as soon there is an opportunity of "Value" without fixed time frame but slower than my saving. Therefore I am able to build a Warchest in different currency of FDs. Theoretically CPF fund can be another but i prefer most to be in OA in case i need them for housing and as part of Fixed return in my overall portfolio risk controls.

Yes, we all aim to be financially free!

Your started your investment blog/journey on Sep 2010 and is riding on a STI bull.

Suggestion:
for those stocks that you own, review them based on the vb.com threads. pay special attentions on the time/timing of the vb posts against your own. Are they in-sync, if not, why not?
*** the main objective is to learn whether you had missed out something (especially risks) that's not accounted for.

#1. I am a believer of one can and should buy stocks when one is ready. aka, it does not depends on other people or environmental conditions, but purely on you and yourself only.

#2. You started after the crash and are facing a bullish recovery. You are invincible. It's good that you're holding your horse and wait for the next crash to invest.

For a million $:
When is the next crash coming?
