Thks I saw it was Lend Lease on their website and was wondering if they are the management only, not the developer or builder.
Good to know, so no exposure to some of the developer's stock.

there is something fundamentally wrong in the building that the developers have not rectified.

And Land Lease is also currently building GEMS World Academy in Yishun, its an international school.

Anyone knows who is the contractor.

I will focus on the management team. It seems more of the management process issue (the software) than a structural (hardware) issue.
