Anybody open brokeage Account to buy overseas markets like HK, US or MY stocks that charge low custodian fee or do not have?

If u only have small amt of capital to invest (like me) then I wud recommend Stan chart despite their 2 percent exchange rate rip off (coz of zero custodian fee and no minimum commission)

If not then I wud say stick of the local banks?
