I saw GG and other value buddies always posting news on new project/condo launch.

I thought someone might be interested to take a look at these properties that's referred in their posts.

I'm not sure whether this should be under property forum or advertisement section so just put here first.

Some history:
In the beginning, I put these condo/project information as individual thread but now I decided to put them into a single thread titled: Property Market Sentiments

The Sorrento...this project not so bad, I reckoned got good demand.
guess going at aro $1550 PSF.

if not because of the ABSD i will consider this one...another Tembusu alike popular demand situation....my 2cts opinion only ,me not a agent neither.

It's freehold and at the back yard of NUS.
