Lahore - A Pakistani policeman has been suspended for bringing a case of attempted murder against a 9-mth old boy and forcing the crying infant to appear in court.

*** When I was attending my CEA training, I am always fascinated by the court cases regarding contracts and dispute. I pay special attention as this could means a good agent vs a excellent agent.
*** sometime when I read on the newspaper and I read the civil court case, I wonder what was in the mind if the lawyer when the are defending a case that meet their clients emotion needs but stands very little chance of winning?
