Sorry to criticize our idol, Warren Buffett.
At times, he works more like a Corporate Raider. Only when you acquire enough shares in a company, you can force them to do the right things.
It's not possible for us to enforce ANY thing on small companies, that has no other powerful shareholders to act for us.
Anything unfavourable, we can only cry in this forum. Look at Hyflux, what can minority shareholder do? nothing.
