He is using the trick on the pretext of using E. Ukraine as a bargain buffer for Crimea.The sanction battle has to go to Crimea next after eastern Ukraine is returned. Putin is the type that will try to take as much as possible on the table and lie his way through. Appeasement will not work and never should we allow that.
