seems like there has been a price (in term of psf) increase (notwithstanding the cooling measure) from mar to dec 2013 last year...
perhaps due to the good location or good fengshui there?

Or rich people don't mind paying for what they need?

This type of record breaking likely is a one off and unlikely to repeat...

unless ... of course, it's repeated.

Cannot be very rich person buying that Bishan flat.
Coz have to sell all their Pte properties to get that Hdb flat.

Likely to be a condo downgrader.

I think the point is surrounding prices can easily fetch 900k. Btw records will always be broken.

well hdb flats (including expensive ones) seems well supported by & have no lack of rich down-graders..
