Hi i am filling up a proxy form, at the bottom right hand corner, there's a box that requires the filling up of total numer of shares in
(a) Depository register
(b) Register of members

what's the difference between (a) and (b)

If i own 10,000 shares in the company, basically i fill up 10,000 in both right?

Thanks in advance Shy

a - shares in CDP
b - shares held in physical certificates.

So most people will have their shares in CDP. If so, fill up (a) only.

Actually u can call up the share registrar to ask how to fill up the proxy. And
write your hp no in case u fill up wrongly.
okay thank you!
