2 years back, I accidentally met my secondary school friend Joey(Propnex) in SeaBreeze launch.
last year, when I got golden-hand-shake, I mooted the idea of becoming a property agent (because I don't have a trusted agent to help me in sourcing/getting the best deal) and Joey encourage me to go for RES exam.
Three months ago, I asked Joey. He says he is setting up a team, so I join him as a full time agent.

Do u do commercial property leasing. Have flatted factories with tenancy agreements expiring soon. BTW what is your age group , no need to be exact .

I read most of your posts very carefully...because it make sense to me.
I worked for a 2 letters MNC company.
Frankly speaking, there is so many -ve sentiment on FT or G or something something...
Speak for myself, I never felt that way (-ve way you know what I mean?)
I never look back and complaint, I see things in a balanced view...
my favorite motto 塞翁失[HORSE]，焉知非福
we have all the resources we need, so we just need to give back to the society... not by complaining but gives +ve vibes/suggestion to make it better place to stay.
City- some commercial... I will donate at least 10% of my $$$ earned from VB back to VB to make this a better forum...
