Thought its time to reduce the land sale. There are many unsold units coming on stream in next 3 years. Unless gov is very confident those units will be taken up and the economy robust growth sustains for the next 3 yrs.

EC is an extension of the HDB, thus at least there will be 2bedrooms. (Unverified)
