Ai ya, don't need to be so formal, just call me Chia or LC (Love Compassion) will do.
Your signature has a ZEN in it and so is your nick.
I wrote program for "Game of Life" when I was in HJC.
See attached for the 3 stories as promised - provided you tell me what's the moral of these three stories.

Hi LC. Thanks for stories, very interesting. My humble view of the morale is the same as my signature. But actually my signature has another meaning to it. Regarding is life a game? It is certainly for me. I feel we may be all inside inside this game of monopoly already considering the world is built upon this system of paper money where u can use paper to control so many things in life. It's exciting and scary like a game haha.

Cyclone, this is for you: Zhi Neng QiGong 智能气功。
I had completed 1 term of 智能气功 and I benefited a lot from practicing it.
At this moment, some of my ex-classmate highlighted potential problem of OVER-EXERTED QiGong and I have to acknowledge it.
I had an advise from a Priest that at extreme case, when one "free"/empty our mind, it's very vulnerable to be intruded by the others (you know what I mean.)
Noted and first I am a beginner and I doubt I had reached "that" phase.
Second and most importantly, I benefited from the healing effect of the QiGong and I felt rejuvenated after just 2 months of practice.
Yes, my ex-classmate counter suggest that I should go for brisk-walking, swimming and jogging instead of QiGong.
And, what's my thinking?
Why not I do both?
So, immediately, I hit my swimming pool and it's had been a routine for last 2 days.
Boy! now I got double doze of energies.
Try it (if you can not do QiGong, at least try the swimming law).
Below is a video on what I had learn (just a small demo)

BTW, my teacher can teach QiGong in either Mandarin or English.

A few large companies are taking their top holding off-line too.
My gut feeling is not yet!

No bicycle so I go for a swim instead.
Your electric and itchy experience means that at that moment, you're highly focused and your surrounding is calmed and peaceful.
It's a normal experience, very similar to when you hit the back of your elbow, you experience a electric current flowing or the reflect reaction when your knee-cap is slightly hit at the right spot.
