A value trap stock?

The Chongs ruled this out in one of the AGM few years ago. Believe they prefer to maintain status quo. Get all the Chongs work in the company and enjoy all they can to the maximum . Thus don't mind another or more walkouts of the AGM , this doesn't shake their positions in the company.
See their HK listed company winfoong. Very generous with stock options. To themselves.

Looks like minority shareholders are "foked".

Value trap to the max.
Breach of fiduciary duty is a serious corporate offence. Shareholders can appoint a lawyer and bring the entire board to court to redress their grievance. Independent directors are suppose to represent the minority shareholders. But they approve the remuneration paid to the directors too.

Sorry. Outdated info. They finally established ac nc RC in April 2013 for the first time.
