It seems that Interactive Brokers (US) is a shareholder in Tiger Brokers ( Singapore ) and Mr Eng Thiam Choon , CEO had spent 8 years at Philips Futures .

I've seen you made several posts regarding brokerages. Are you considering switching to a cheaper broker? I would recommend IBKR, for it's feature sets (options, many markets available), and low cost (including FX). It's fee structure is as competitive as it gets (at least in Singapore).
