Hi all, with the Malaysian credit rating being downgraded and the weak ringgit against sgd, is it a good time to buy this stock? The epf owns majority of it and it was instumental for loans provided to the malaysians for housing especially.

Dividend rate according to Bloomberg is about 4.8%
