Yeah I just hope they just fire all the bullets tomorrow morning, a close of 73 cents would be decent too.

Tomorrow is likely their last day of duty (list on 16-Aug and add 30-days). I wonder if they'll try to push to at least 73ct (Mr Lim's buy price for 20mil units).... Those who got at IPO 78ct may want to pray that they use up the entire balance of ~28mil units to push it even higher... but I think likelihood is low...

4.30pm already still no push haizzzzz
stabilizing party haven't been doing a good job at all. gg

price still down a lot from ipo of 0.78
was hoping mr lim's 73 cent purchase would be a good support level for investors, since the yield is over 8%

They're probably being wary of the sudden selling yesterday which almost cleared their 2.5mil units in Buy Q within minutes... Any action looks set to come during 5pm matching.... Either that, or the Stabilizing Mgr has gone for long weekends... spend some time with kids before school reopens next week... Tongue

Mr Lim could also be keeping his options open and do the buying next week if it drops... Still some % before he hits 30%...

PS. Instead of Buy Up, I seem to be seeing Sell Down... @ 72ct, twice since 4:33pm... panic selling instead?? Tongue

Too bad... neither here nor there... Higher than my Buy tgt price and lower than my Sell tgt price... To sum up the Stabilising Mgr,

Started with a BANG (25mil at IPO preopen) & ended with a WHIMPER... Rolleyes
yeah they slacked too much
closed at 72 cents today... think its gonna stay around this level for some time, no more potential catalyst liao

the yield is still pretty decent at over 8% and gearing of 30% is safe (at least no rights issue or placement for the coming 12 months)
70-72 cents still decent for picking some up ^^

I previously wrote a bit on this soilbuild reit
those interested may wanna read it at

thanks ^^
Stabilizing Manager bought 995,000 units @ $0.72 today

Total they bought = 28.495,000 units for the entire Stabilising Period and have ceased their duties.

Once these are returned to Mr Lim, he'll end up with a 26.03% stake. If he chooses to buy more on any major price weakness up to <30%, that'd mean a max of ~31.8mil units. Let's watch and learn to understand them better (even if no action)...Tongue
AM Fraser initiated with BUY, fair value $0.83:

A work-around is to select from bottom to the top of the paragraph. Sometimes we may run across a bitmapped (image) pdf, not actual text pdf. This kind cannot be selected.

We ini ate coverage on Soilbuild Business Space REIT
with a BUY recommenda on and a target price of S$0.83.
Soilbuild REIT is a Singapore real estate investment trust
that comprises two business park assets and five light
industrial proper es. Distribu ons are on a quarterly
basis and the first DPU is expected to be distributed on or
before 27 Feb 2014.

thanks for sharing, very good read

I think at the current price its a pretty decent buy with the 8% yield and low gearing of 30%, one of the better choice if one wishes to purchase reit and definitely a better pick as compared to sabana reit (horrible management)

Sorry guys can help me with this

Looking at the attached picture (screen shot from AM report)

how come distribution for 2015 drops to 5.41 cents?

is it because of the ipo this year the a big portion of distribution is carried forwarded to 2014 making it 6.20 cents for 2014??

at FY15 5.41 cents, its yield would be 7.5% instead, still decent but less than what I was expecting (8% or so)

thanks a lot guys
