Why should 98 Holdings abstain from voting anyway? I dunno much about corporate governance but 98 Holdings/OBS has a large stake in NSL has always been an open thing. What could they be thinking?

Not interested party transaction. No need to abstain.
its becoming a shell again. they have a few diversified business but chemicals is the core and out of that the majority of profits come from there.

the interesting thing is that they have another collaboration plant with their Japanese customer which should just come online. this should mitigate the affected profits. which puzzles me why they are selling, unless they are being pressured.
Was never a shell. It was natsteel.

I saw earlier they were hiring corporate finance and planning personnel which leads to my belief that NSL is probably looking at some project. However, of course, the uncertainty is not easy for investor to stomach

well they better allocate well, if they get into another BST like investment this could be very good. lets see their thesis.

if they invest in an infant investment and not a generating one, then we may have to wait for a while
