Turnaround story. One of the most reputable developer in China. Doing mainly high end development. Faced liquidity issue due to high debt, end up Wharf Holdings bailed them out at around HK$ 5.00 a share.

Wharf's investment is still one of the best trade I saw last year.

Anyone know anything about them?
