they would rather pay 15% interest rate to "lender" than rewarding its loyal shareholders....$USD 20mil loan ...Reason cited was "to help with short team debt management"...

Deja vu... Eratat did similar stunt before it went burst.....a net cash company with tons of "cash" borrow money at sky high interest rate...... Big Grin
This appears weird because given the cash level of Sino Grandness, why does it need to borrow at 15%? Unless Sino Grandness mgmt is trying to give a superb deal to Soleado Holdings.

It reminds me of EpicCentre where one of the shareholders lent money to the company at ridiculous rates.

China side is tightening and they have no where left to go, clear red flag and final attempt to stay afloat. GOOD GAME!
Looking back to the start of this thread, it is interesting to see how many of the original comments were from members that are now banned: Felixleong, Potatolover, Stockerman, Underdogger. Credit where credit is due, Felixleong was flagging up major concerns from the getgo, back in 2013.

I'm not sure what you're suggesting, but I don't think they were banned because of their 'original comments.' To me, they appear to be separate. I'm not privy to the reasons as to why they were banned, but you could search for and read all the other posts of the said members. That may give you some hints as to why they were banned.

Unlike other forums, VB has stricter rules of engagement. Sometimes, members 'want to be themselves' and not behave according to the standard that VB has set. There is nothing wrong with such members, or VB. Everybody is free to choose who they want to engage with, and thereby bear the cost of doing so. Ditto their choice of life partner, job, and investments.

No suggestion, just fact, although I did give the (banned) Felixleong credit for some sharp observations right from the start of this thread.
Dear forummers,

Although the company has tons of cash but still borrows money at sky high rates, let's not comment insultingly that can be interpreted defamatory and malicious posts.
A post and it's quoted comment have been deleted.

Thanks.
