what would be a good rate for reversion?
what am I looking out for in this measure?

Thanks buddies!!
The higher the better for shareholders.

The lower the better for stores.
Rental is high in Singapore versus its counterpart in SEA for a good reason i.e. average sales per retail store is much higher, probably due to uniqueness of Singapore shopping habits.

Occupancy costs versus gross sales is a good metric to measure the rental level.
