In June, last year, this company had a 1 for 2 consolidation , followed by a 6 shares for 1 consolidated rights at 16 cents underwritten by Chairman ( main shareholder but not controlling shareholder ) and Emperor Securities .

Now the shares have fallen to 3.5cts due to having another exercise 1 for 10 consolidation and rights issue 8 shares for every 1 consolidated at 25 cents . I think all the small public shareholders will be too scared to subscribe in case another big squeeze coming. I wonder if Ong Bee Lan is still holding the shares ?

Avoid any Allan Yap stocks. Allan Yap also involved in some SGX stocks. e.g. PSC

There are many companies like this in HK. Nothing new. A simple check with Webb-site.com would screen out these companies. Or Google 向下炒

In SG, there are similar ones eg Federal Intl. Whole day rights issues.

The rights issue in July 2015 was underwritten by Emperor Capital Group and "aastocks" website shows Albert Yeung Sau Shing becomes the controlling shareholder with 63% interest. ( 3551 Mil shares at 16 cents= HKD $568 Mil invested ) . In Jan 2016, there seems to be a new shareholder "Get Nice" with 600 Mil shares coming in and "aastocks" website disclosure of interests at 25 Jan 2016 shows :

Total Issued shares 5618 Mil.
Albert Yeung shares 3124 Mil ( 55.6 %)
Alan Yapp shares 1511 Mil ( 26.9 %)
Get Nice shares 600 Mil (10.6 %)
Public ( 6.9 %)

The public float should be 25% but this situation does not comply ?
