Bet this USD & SGD, wonder which one is a better buy?

At the current transacted prices of USD10.90 & SGD14.82, the e/r is 1.3596 deemed reasonable.

Notice that liquidity for SGD is very low.

The tax jurisdiction should be Singapore, in my opinion.

I have held this for around 5 years or so,and there has been no withholding tax.

But, please read at Blackrock and do your checks as well.

Hi Shrivathsa

That is most helpful, I will dig further when I have more time. Many thanks for the guidance.

Hi hh488,

The SGD one has very low, almost non-existent liquidity.

Even if you hold it in SGD, the dividends are in USD.

Today's prices are 10.8, largely because it has gone ex-dividend.

The dividend is quarterly.

If liquidity is a concern, holding it in USD is better
