Bought a package from amazon which have already package for delivery and weighs 2.7kg but vpost repackage it to 3.8kg and also charges me repacking fees. Another item, a soft toy was also repackage and fees charged. Why the hell need to repackage a small soft toy? $4 shipping fee for a 0.6kg package becomes $11 due to the repacking fee. This is the last time I am going to use vpost and unlikely to be a singpost investor.

What about uskoop? Has anyone tried their service before? Good?
SingPost had been held up in the past as a business with a natural economic moat (e.g being the sole licensee under the Postal Act).

I am wondering how much that's worth. While they might have the only right to do so, this business is not getting better while parcel delivery is the one growing due to online shopping. In that space however, they have competitors like Yamato.
