There are 100m shares so revised NTA is $0.308 ($0.148+ $0.16). By the way, I think new vehicles were bought......300kk++

New vehicles? Why would the company need vehicles now?

I think it is held at 4pm on 29 June. Don't think that there will be an offer. The general manager has made an offer of 4 cent last time.

If I never remember wrongly, last year there was no agenda for issuing shares by the directors.

It seems that the finance manager is changed every year.

(One concern is the build up on debts for investment. How good are they in this field?)
