It will make some sense if it bring in revenue.

Now that you mention it, would not the opposite be better for traders?
E.g.
I buy 10 lots of Singtel at 2.50.
I tell 5,000 of my followers that I just bought it at 2.50 and expects to hit 3.00.
All of my followers will jump in the wagon and start buying up Singtel shares expecting it to hit $3.00.
Inadvertently, my tips just became a self fulfilling prophesy.
And all I have to do is sell it once it hits 2.85.
I get $5,000 from my monthly followers, and I still get to profit from my trade. It is a win-win for me.
