A dialogue is a conversation between two or more persons. No unitholders were allowed to talk during the dialogue session. Any questions had to be written down on a piece of paper and then be selected by SIAS to be read out. I saw no facilitator. I only saw another spokesman for Sabana.

SIAS, a self-styled champion of minority shareholders' rights??? I think not and I just cancel my sponsored subscription.
It a dialogue session no doubt.

And there will be microphones stand by for the shareholders to ask questions?

Wonder how many attended at the session or they went for the food only? Huh
I also wonder why you want to comment for comment sake. What's have the food to do with this dialogue? This is not a typical AGM or EGM and if you are aware of the background of this saga, you would know food is the last thing on unitholders' mind.
hh488, do you even know what you commenting at???
Just wonder who is paying the costs for that dialogue, unitholders or manager ?

This is news to me.

So SIAS charges for it?
I thought they were not for profit.

If this is true, it means that the unit holders paid to talk to their underperforming managers???!

This is so screwed in many ways......
Some unit holders suggested that the gang-66 (those who sign the referendum for EGM) to pay for the dialogue session.

What a joke... Huh
wonder how they collected the dialogue money from so many unit holders, issuing new reits units to sias or collecting cash?
