look like many Reits are rushing to IPO b4 it's too late
With QE tapering pretty soon , possibly as early as Sept this year, mortgage rate might start creeping up...

Good luck to the REITS, whether heavily geared or not, all will be hit in general...

lol, I still remember some brokerage houses were running ads to encourage margin clients to do yield plays
borrow at 3.5% and buy reits and defensive stocks for higher yield
those naked swimmers I think now all drowning already

NTL hope you managed to unload Big Grin I have been saying REITs are overvalued all along Big Grin

Wow now yield 8%++ as per today share price...

Tempted to buy some but STI is still not 10% correction yet I cant buy anything Sad as per my asset allocation rules hehehe
