I've been scrolling through some REITS, felt sianz by the managements keep throwing options to management.

if you found a REIT with no options do let me know.
Some are so ridiculous, giving 2% equivalent total outstanding units to management.

Most REITs offer management fees in the form of units.

Which S-REIT gives the least management fees?

I know of one : Plife which did not use shares as management fee
