Hi, can any buddies help me regarding the following?

Recently I bought H-shares, the company declared dividends of 0.0239 HKD per share, but I received only 0.01775 HKD per share in my DBSvickers brokerage account. That is equivalent to a 25% loss in distributed dividends. I thought dividend withholding tax for H-shares is 10%? The 25% knockdown makes dividend paying H-shares less attractive.

Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks in advance!
