Cougar Logistics Corporation Ltd. is engaged in investment holding and provision of shipping agency, terminal operations, warehousing and logistics services. The Company’s operates in two segments: Agency and terminal operations, and Strategic projects / Logistics.

This company has an excellence ROA/ROE of 24.70%/29.63%, base on FY2012 performance.

The PE is at relatively low of 8.9, and good dividend of 8%

Likely Tahir and Mayapada will do a reverse take-over, inject asset in exchange for new Courgar shares and change its business nature. Future unknown.
