guys anything wrong with ARA?
down from its peak of 1.95 to the current 1.57
that's a big decline

I always though its a solid company with high ROE, decent earnings growth and nice dividend yield of 3-5%?
with still more than 20 PE after the decline? it is just that market is working its way only.
I see thanks, didn't know that its PE is still so high

what's its current earnings per share? saw the 2012 annual report that it made like over 9 cents in 2012 but there was some bonus shares or something right, would be thankful if someone could provide me some recent numbers thanks.
I tikam a bit... didn't find any news that can explain the recent sell down and suspect it could be due to re balancing by some fund... latest related news would be Fortune REIT EGM on new acquisitions... I don't suppose it's going to get voted down?

I didn't do much analysis except for quick looks at those stock pages of Bloomberg, FT & Yahoo. PE should be just below 20 & yield 3% odd.

1H2013 EPS is 3.8c, mostly from management fees. Adding in the latest acquisition gain of $9.5M fees, and if nothing much else happens for the rest of the year, the EPS for the whole year would be around 8.7c. Based on present price of $1.62, the PE would 18.6.
thanks for the info man, very helpful
ARA derives their revenue mainly from REITs management. How will the expected increase in interest going to affect their income? Will there be an indirect link?
""Based on present price of $1.62, the PE would 18.6.""

High PE is the negative news.
