Again, it depends on your intention in analyzing your NTA figure. NTA is not very much different from NAV. It only factor in tangible assets.

In fact, how you handle NTA works the same for MI. If a company has only a negligible amount of intangible assets, adding or subtracting it will make little difference.

I will prefer to minus MI away if it is causing any hassle - since shareholders aren't entitled to MI profits.

I would like to share view on the norm base on the stock I owned.

NAV = Total Equity = Net Asset in the AR's balance sheet. It is normally include MI, unless specific decription e.g. "attributable to owners of the Company" or similar statement.

Not all company's AR have NTA, but if it exist, it does include MI which is similar as NAV

Anyway, everyone have their preferences. I prefer to follow the AR to avoid recalculation.
