Singaporeans = citizens + PR or purely citizens?
Some PRs are really rich, afterall they gotten their PR card with lotsa cash.
I think a better way is to differentiate thru various income level n see which level purchase the condo.
Ans wld be pretty obvious but very politically unfavorable thus I expect this proposal to be "act blur never heard before" ignored.
