Posting the price of reit shares a quarterly intervals , everyone can see there is average yield of about 6 % which means the reits are good for income seekers.
But as a group, the share prices do not show any substantial increase to attract investors looking for capital gains growth .

Capital increase on investment since 30 March 2012 :
Link Reit = $67.00 /$28.9 = 2.318
Fortune Reit = $9.51/$4.14 = 2.29
Sunlight Reit = $5.33/$2.39 = 2.23
Champion Reit = $5.59 /$3.29 = 1.69
Prosperity Reit = $3.27/$1.84 = 1.77
Yuexui Reit = $5.44/$4.03 = 1.31
Regal Reit = $2.40/$1.96 = 1.22
The best performer has been the Link Reit ( 00823.HK) which listed at around $9.50 in 2006 and paid dividend of $0.67 in YE 2007. Link Reit has a portfolio of Shopping Malls ( originally from Government Housing estates.).
Now in 2017 , the Link Reit share price has risen to around $65-70 level and dividend paid risen to $2.30 approx.
Whereas if you had been successful to get one lot in the IPO for Regal Reit ( 01881.HK) , the share price is still under the IPO listing price . Regal Reit has a portfolio of Regal hotels located in Hong Kong.

Your weblink refers to Vibrant and Sabana Reit . So it is not related to Spring Reit offer ???

which REIT is a good choice in the list?
Just written a discussion about Yuexiu and Huixian. A beginner investor only. Just for sharing.

Both would provide good diversification to Noob’s current REIT portfolio, Huixian seems to provide a higher margin of safety for its combination of (a) high yield (b) super low net leverage with very high cash balance © asset exposure in office, hotel and retail (d) very high profile sponsor and shareholders ( e) blue-chip level market cap (f) stable share price and (g) very low PB. I can not see why Huixian REIT is not an good choice to put money in except its inherent RMB exposure. In STI, I can not find a REIT with a combination of big cap, low gearing and high yield. So I will find opportunity to get some exposure in that. As for Yuexiu REIT, I will require for a higher margin of safety to start a position.
