How did you conclude that Grand Central has 80% more rooms than St******?
The 3,259 rooms of Grand Central in five countries (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and China) is 59% higher than St******'s 2,053 rooms in Australia and New Zealand.
Revenue per room was $67,000 for Grand Central's hotel operations in Australia and New Zealand. The corresponding figure of $116,000 for St****** is not spectacularly higher.

116,000 vs 67,000 is 74.5% more and it is not considered spectacular higher ?

Does HGC own hotel in Sydney Airport ?

Since you have worked in Hotel Grand Central before, you should be in a position to judge whether St******'s revenue per room was high enough in comparison with Grand Central's.
St******'s eight hotels are six 5-star, one 5-star all suite and one 4.5-star all suite. In addition, St******'s annual report routinely refers to F&B revenue (which forms part of room revenue) from its hotels' high-end restaurants.

Ok lah , HGC is lumbar 1, no horse run.
So, what are land value, nav and rnav for both?

I always thought St****** is higher.....

One good things about St****** is they have the intention to unlock the values by selling the hotels....not sure about HGC? And Ow is willing to share the profits with retail investors as seen in Sp Shipping and Cougar?
