if you attend any FOC seminar/talk, just be careful, remember you may be "hypnotised" by a "SUPER DOPER SALEMAN". Don't believe me? Go and ask "SMOL" (No offence taken. i mean he knows how SUPER DOPER SALEMEN works their magic)

Seriously, pay $3,000 for a talk by unknowns? Amazing.
The most important thing when you go for such a talk is DONT bring your credit card.
The salesman/joker will somehow tell you that it is a limited offer, if you miss it today, you may not a chance to participate again. NEVER believe in that bullshit. If you miss today's offer, there will always be another one in the future. There will always be some other joker who claims he can sell you the knowledge
I have attended a property talk by this guy who bought a building/office at bugis. Near the end of the talk, he claims that he has to rush to overseas to close some deal... but after the talk, i still see him hanging around the office... Full of crap sia!
If these guys can make so much money from their methods and ways, why would they want to share their secret with you for just $3,000? In conclusion, don't attend talks unless they charge at least $30,000.
The only property talk I attended so far are free. Then again, I no money to pay for talks.
