3q headline numbers were weak

I think performance is normal but high expectations not met and no positive news on Myanmar. Price didn't plunge so mostly due to investor holding on for next Q dividend payout.
2cts div will be below or average expectation
3cts div will be average expectation
4cts div will be a pleasant surprise.

Newcomers will puzzle on the "lonewolf", and wondering what it is to do with Neratel.

Off-track for a while is OK, just make sure not off-track for too long...

5cts in addition to the interim 2cts or 5 cts in total??

My guess is a 2c final dividend. They will want to keep the cash for their expansion purpose.
