Hotel Grand Central announced on 13 April 2011 that provisional approval has been granted by URA for its namesake hotel near Orchard Roard to be redeveloped into two 10-strey hotels with 472 and 256 rooms.
Any view on this?

Whta do they mean by 472 and 256 rooms ?
The existing 400-room hotel will be demolished, and two new hotels, one with 472 rooms, and the other 256 rooms, will be put up.
