Hi,
Does anyone here have any idea where can we obtain financial statement of private companies in Singapore?
All non-exempt companies have to file with ACRA. Pay ACRA and you can get the accounts. I have done this before. About $20 I think.
so there's no secrecy for all private ltd? i can just pay $20 to view their earnings?
ACRA has this service since 30 years ago.

Only exempt companies are (duh) exempt from filing accounts. The Companies Act defines exempt companies.
