No idea, but perhaps one could start with the financials and business model, and work their way forward from there?
Please note that this counter is also listed in SSE. I have started a thread in China forum which this stock is one of the many TCM themed discussed.

Besides other new factors that arise recently, this stock is interesting as it is priced at US$0.81 in STI but at around RMB16.5 in SSE. There is a huge discrepancy in valuation. Will the gap close when this sector get heated up in China?

Onshore and offshore are considered 2 separate classes of shares in China

Care to elaborate? I am quite sure shares bought in STI is entitled to the same dividend.
