It is really too much for most people to really understand, i think.
i only know and can understand this prayer:-

"No one reacts to things as they are but to one's own mental images. Keep me aware that it is not what happens to me in life that matters, but rather how i react to what happens."

And the beauty of this prayer is no one can escape or is different.

Cannot agree more.
Hmm that is why there is yin and yang. Bad and good. Evil and kindness. If everything in nature moves in one direction (i.e healthy, kind, rich etc.) Then nature will be disrupted and balance will be destroyed. Imagine human don't hunt for predator and the predator don't prey for food as well. What will this world become. No one is sick and everyone is rich. Then no one will need to pray to God and don't need see doctor or eat medicine. Everyone buy shares or go casino or bet lottery will win. Where is the balancing point. The master himself is just here to show us what is the form of pure goodness. But there will be someone out there who needs to be also the pure evil to balance things out. Life is a game, you choose sides. Good or bad and you accept the outcome (win or lose) with no regrets and no blaming of others. This is how I perceive life to be.
It seems the Buddhist Association of China and 11 main Buddhist organisations in Malaysia share a different opinion:
