For those familiar with the operations of Eastern Holdings, it shows that
on page 2, gross profit from Sales and rental of properties 4,586 m
on page 15, under Properties segment, it shows profit from operations (2,661m)
isnt it weird that for property operations, you show a gross profit but make losses eventually!? Can anyone assist to shed some light, thanks in advance

Not really, still need to account for all the salaries from the board + consultant, all the way down, and also depreciation, etc.
