Just received the offer letter this week, subsequent to the nice periodic dividends recently credited in December

You have no choice actually. If you do not wish to accept the offer, the offeror will compulsory acquire all your shares and pay you off. This is because they have already acquired more than 90% of the shares, as GK Goh had already accepted the offer.
