Worthington Industries has 2 business segments - steel processing and pressure cylinders. The company has proposed to separate them into 2 listed entities - tentatively known as Worthington Steel (for steel) and New Worthington (for the pressure cylinders)

I did a sum-of-parts analysis and found that there is a margin of safety.

Interesting that the company continued to pay albeit reduced dividends during GFC and pay higher than pre-GFC 6 years later and keep rising
